Personal project around Instagram API

Our first goal is to offer tips, tricks, tutorials, help and support to French-speaking Instagramers.
The second is to create a website in French that provides access to their Instagram profile, manage photos, post comments and « like » them, just like Webstagram and Extragram already do.
